first of all the pricing was by far the most reasonable in terms of comparability of my local area. The engineer that completed the survey was warm, friendly and professional. He catered the survey to my needs and not only did he meet the demands of the bank who requested it but also notified me of any potential problems that weren’t strictly structural.
