Design of a steel beam and pad stones to support an opening in a brick wall for a single storey building.

Undertook the steel beam calculations and the design of the beam to beam connections for the conversion of this four storey retail unit into flats. Also obtained building regulation approval for the calculations. 

Design of a grid arrangement of beams to support the new extension and to accommodate the existing two storey detached house that was being altered. These beams obtained Building Regulation Approval and created a fantastic open area at ground floor level between all rooms.
